He spent over an hour with me, asked dozens of questions and offered a lot of advice and options. His estimate was not the cheapest, but definitely on the lower side. It was also the most detailed, listing types and prices of all necessary materials, right down to the cost of the nails. <br /> I needed extensive repairs on a back porch roof and had several other areas that needed smaller repairs, along with 3 layers of shingles to be removed. "<p>I contacted Another Level Cleaning Services after reading there reviews on there Facebook page all 5 star reviews.  Dustin Foster the owner answered my call immediately and I discussed what I wanted done and asked what the cost would be.  He explained that they offer a base fixed pricing structure for the house washing & window cleaning I wanted done for residential customers.  I have a single story house with siding and 24 windows he told me there base price for the house washing on for single story houses was $220 before taxes and single story window cleaning at $107 tax included.  I agreed to the total price he then asked for my email so he could send a official estimate along with a copy of insurance certificate.  We scheduled my service for 2 days after I called.  They showed up 10 minutes before scheduled time to arrive.  Dustin came to my door to introduce himself and let me know they would be getting started.  I handed him a check with full payment and Dustin gave it back to me and said" once job is completed we can do a walk a round to insure that I exceeded your expectations, then I will accept your payment mam."  I was truly amazed by this.  Another Level Cleaning Services completed the job in a very timely manner.  They went above and beyond in even the smallest details.  Quality exceeded my expectations my house looks better then day I moved in & my windows have never been this clean & shiny!!  I highly recommend this company very dependable, reliable, trustworthy, professional, honest, & quality are just a few ways to describe Another Level Cleaning Services!</p> <br />"
