"It was an excellent experience working with Josh at Roof Iowa. We contacted him in March to start the process and get quotes for a new roof. He worked with us for a couple months to show us different color options and even tried to help us get a blue shingle we liked from the Timberline line of shingles that was only available from the East Coast market but we're in the Midwest. Once we finally decided, he honored the quote he'd given us and got us on his schedule. Four days before the actual work he contacted us with the date and the crew was there promptly that morning. We suspected we had some bad boards along the edges underneath from leaks behind the gutters. When the crew found out how bad some of the boards really were, Josh was there to let us know the update and worked with us on the additional cost. They replaced a lot of boards which were not quality for a roof. It was evident the roof job done before we bought the house 18 years prior was only done with low cost in mind and not quality. Josh was all about doing it right. The crew was pleasant and cleaned up the yard and surroundings very well. With the exception of our very nice new roof, you could never tell they'd been there. Our new gutters were done a week later. That was with a subcontracted crew but Josh made sure he was out after they finished to look it over. He wanted to be sure we were happy as well with them before he sent the final bill. Our bill had a small mix-up because we had talked about gutter guards at one point but decided against them. Emily was quick to get the information updated and a correct invoice to us. They have an option for paying online which was secure, quick and easy. We love our new roof and gutters and would highly recommend Roof Iowa."

"They punctured the stand pipe to my upstairs bath room with a screw and after the screw corroded, I had sewage leaking inside my wall in my kitchen and into my basement cement blocks. They left the house without siding during the middle of the winter. Wanted full payment before they completed the job. Didn't complete the trim painting until July. Job was contracted in the prior Fall. They kept putting off my job until it ended up not being completed until the following summer. Very dissatisfied with work and the negative attitude of Brian regarding payment for work that was not completed. Repair work was done by another company as I would never recommend or hire Buresh again."

"Workers were very nice and explained what they would be doing each day. They were respectful and if something new popped up they would come to me and address it right away. Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. Just some back up reinforcement would be nice ð otherwise I'm pretty happy. Basement looks and smells a lot better. â ¤ï¸"
