I had to make a few adjustments to my order, and I was requoted at least by next day. Shipping confirmation came after the weekend, and I had trim pieces actually arrive before I received my shipping confirmation. Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option.
