"After having a previous contractor take our money and run, we were nervous about handing over any deposit money. Dugan Concrete agreed to allow us to pay half after the first day of prep and the other half at the end of the job. Not only was he on time - he was early. He and his crew member worked hard from 8:30- 4. They work efficiently together, both are knowledgable, organized, efficient, polite and clean in their work. They are exactly what you want your contractor to be. You will not have to worry about the job getting done, and you will feel confident in their ability to provide you the best service and end product. We found them on Angie's List and would highly recommend to anyone looking for concrete work!

"It took about a week to build. They are not quite finished. They need to pressure wash the deck and underside of the roof. One panel on the siding near the roof of deck is painted flat back instead of a gloss or satin finish like the other panels. The weather is cold and snowy so I understand the delay. We like the crew and the work they did. We would have them back."

"We had major water issues in our backyard due to deterorating grade over the years. We had a 250sqft paver patio and wanted to expand to have more livable space. At the same time we needed our front walkway removed and poured as concrete due to failing paverstone installation by another company. The process couldnt be easier. Scott gave us a very detailed quote and worked with us on options as we decided to adjust our plan between quote and installation. The crew was responsive and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions (and trust me I have a lot) and worked with us on making sure the grade of the patio and the size of the walkway were exactly what we wanted. They were clean and efficient and very helpful when I asked questions. The patio we installed was 700sqft with a walkway and an expanded front stoop. We had stamped and colored concrete and couldnt be happier with the results. We are spending so much time outside on the patio enjoying their work."

"After a few meetings to hammer out the design and establish expectations, Davey worked with the County building department as well as the home owners association to obtain all the permits necessary for the job.   His crew did an excellent job of staying with the project through some very difficult weather.    The project  started in January of this year tearing out and removing all the old stone steps.    They had to try several different methods of getting the old stones up the steep hill but stuck with it and got the job done in about a week.    Next came the reconfiguration of the masonry retaining walls followed by layout for the new composite steps.  Many times the work was interrupted by weather, but kept moving at a reasonable pace.   During layout and constructions I needed to make some refinements to the plan and Davey and his crew were always willing and ready to accommodate my wishes.
The work crews were always professional and timely and respectful or our property.   This was a very unique and difficult custom job requiring ingenuity and patience and more than a large degree of physical stamina.   Eagle Creek met ever challenge.   Once the job was completed,  Davey and I reviewed the work and noted any items that needed attention or correction.    His crew returned and  finished all the punch-list items before final payment was made.    All in all it was a very good job in a very difficult environment.  We love our new steps and they make a very attractive upgrade to our home.
