"Michael arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was dressed professionally, and came in with a ladder, covers for the furniture, and a camera scope to take pictures of the inside of the ducts. I was thoroughly convinced that i had mold in my ducts, having been smelling it in the cabana. He was in and out of my scorching attic, removed several vents to scope, and spent approximately 30 to 45 minutes investigating. In the end, he cleaned up every speck of dust, and cleaned one of my vent covers. He advised that my ducts were all clean and clear, and did not need cleaning. He showed me pictures of the inside of my ductwork. He actually found the source of the mold, which was not in the A/C system, and brought it to my attention. How much did he charge for all of this? "After the recent hurricanes, I noted the smell of mold in a room whose duct vent happened to be under an attic window. My AC company (TY Home advisor) suggested a big box company, but HA has consistently provided exceptional vendor recommendations, so enter Alpha Cleaning Solutions. I wasnt even home and his company did an amazing job, totally clean - were it not for the wonderful absence of nasty mold smell (he found it juat as expected), I might not have known thwy came by. BTW, he rang the doorbell (one of those remote camera types) within 10 minutes of the appt time. Left a good report, invoixe and receipt. They even reattached a vent cover for me (one less one the honey-do list). A next-year retreatment of the vent is included. Bottom line, exceptional value, service, honesty and customer service. The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."
