Ivan responded quickly—coming out the very next day after I requested an appointment—and performed a thorough assessment of my roof. He provided a detailed inspection report along with a comprehensive breakdown of the roof’s current condition. Ivan explained that, considering its age, the roof is in good shape and does not warrant a claim at this time. His honest and professional approach was greatly appreciated, especially since previous companies had pushed for a full replacement without justification. Ivan’s transparency and integrity gave me confidence in his evaluation, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing professional. "
