"Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of."

"I just wanted to start off by saying that you must hire these guys. I have had a lot of tile installed over the years in multiple houses and they were hands down the best! They are very precise in their work. Every cut is exact and looks perfect. We had a chevron pattern installed so there were a lot of cuts. The biggest thing was they took care to make sure they maintained a clean jobsite before, during, and after. If you have ever had tile ripped out you know the entire house is typically covered in a 1 in thick sheet of dust. They install plastic walls around everything to contain all the mess to just that area. That is huge! They also cleaned up all the areas outside. They are coming back in a few weeks to do our backsplash."
