"I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home. The carpentry work was efficiently completed the following day and just like that, I had a new roof. Overall I was very happy with Dave, Todd and the rest of the Ranch team that worked on the project. The price and approach was reasonable, the end result looks great and I would definitely recommend this company."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. They were professional and had to do a fair amount of restoring of rotted wood and had to remove three layers of asphalt shingles off my old garage. Anyway, they did this for $3,310 for a 300 sq ft roof. That was a far lower estimate than the other places that I got estimates from. The quality of the work is wonderful and they did an excellent job of cleaning the interior of my garage because when you think about it, for most roof replacements, the dirt is up in your attic. My garage is a workshop with benches and shelves everywhere and they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I give these guys an unqualified recommendation."

They replaced the chimney back flashing and cricket for our chimney, and did an awesome and flashing job.

"I had FRS Roofers replace my rubber roof on my main roof and a back porch roof. I also had them realign the back porch roof to sit flush with the rest of the house. They also replace a lot of rotted wood, fascia and replaced the gutters. The team of roofers took three days to replace the roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, polite and cleaned up the work spaces and even left them better than they found it. During the three day period I has asked questions regarding the status and the site foreman got back to me right away. Everything was done as expected and I am very happy with my new roofs, I can now proceed to remodel the back porch."
