"Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "

He asked pertinent questions and was very forthcoming coming about expectations, codes, materials, etc. The proposal came in a reasonable time. Once the town permit was issued his team came to start the job of removing the old deck, digging holes for footings and the new construction of my deck. The job was completed within 10 days. " WATCH OUT FOR FRAUD warning is all we can do! If you consider calling ALL-STAR be careful! We are from MA. We called them because they bought customer lists from One Service Pros who we knew. Our tenant called that the water tank blew. We were coming to town on other things, so we called on Thursday 7/31 the first date they had was the next Mon. We waited as they had previously done some AC work. We arrived at 2 to find the tech James Hill. His first words were you're not going to be happy! He said we had 5 leaks in our main. To prove it he told his helper to close the house valve and showed us dial spin at meter. To shorten all his lies, he convinced us to use a Tankless at $5k+ and the main was $12k+. He got us to sign estimates as we needed it done. later WE tested valve. When WE shut it, all stopped. in AM called KUB and usage only spiked when heater blew. We emailed to cancel they tried to charge a cancel fee! After Bcc our lawyer, owner, Tony met us. later said he fired them"
