"I have a slate roof and a rubber roof and had difficulty finding someone who could do a proper inspection with repairs. I stumbled upon Doherty Slate Roofing in Swampscott, MA. Several houses have slate roofs in our town. I have to say, he did an excellent job in repairing my rubber roof as well as the slate roof, which had missing slates and broken slates. Jason was spectacular. He also repaired the Boston Saddle hips and the flat copper roof. The work was done promptly, and the cleanup was very, very good. I am excited to write this review as we need people like Doherty to give us honest advice and understand this unique roof for repairs. Doherty took extreme care not to drop anything in the garden. The clean-up was excellent. I am ready for the winter and do not worry about leaks and ice damage from the missing slates."

"The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. Highly recommend The Roofing Company!"

"These guys are exceptional. We called Farina Roofing to come take a look at our roof which was in need of replacement. Ricardo and Rafael came out promptly to inspect the roof and provided us with an estimate right away. Their professionalism was unparalleled to other companies we met with and we were even more impressed by the quality of their work. Their crew was excellent and we are so pleased with the outcome. We definitely recommend them for any roofing project and would hire them back in the future."

"I've worked with Moacir and FRS roofing and gutters twice. In 2019, they did an excellent job installing a completely new roof. I was happy to hire them again in 2021 for a rather complex repointing/masonry job on my garage. Their pricing was fair, and when you factor in their professionalism and courtesy, you're getting a great deal. I recommend them highly."

"When Elite Work Home Improvement repaired my roof after a storm, they exceeded my expectations. Their team responded quickly and thoroughly assessed the damage. They provided a comprehensive repair plan and carried it out expertly. After completing the repairs, the team worked efficiently and left my property clean and tidy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction have all impressed me. I would definitely hire them again if I needed roofing in the future."

"Power Construction did a great job installing the roof and lead flashing the chimney. Just have to wait for a couple of good rainstorms to find out. They initially did a good job of protecting the house with tarps, however, there was a big hole in the center of the tarp and my front stairs got tar on them when they removed the old roof that I had to power wash off. They should repair the tarp. Second, I have a screen porch on the back of my house in which I had just put in new screens and told them to be very careful not to damage the screens. When they removed the old roof from the main house the screen porch was well protected and no damage could have occurred, however, when they removed the old roof from the screen porch they slightly damaged one screen and there were multiple tar marks on the side of the screen porch and some wood siding was damaged. I imagine this type of damage would be typical of any roofer. The project manager on the day of the job was excellent, except he had to leave for a few minutes and something came up and communication with the workers was a challenge since my high school Spanish is not very good, as there was not a lead roofer identified that I should speak to in the event I needed to when he was gone. The workers were all very courteous and attentive to what needed to be done and made sure they cleaned up the yard afterward. Lisa, the point person at the company was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful and courteous and made sure everything was in order before and after the job was completed. Power Construction offered to come out and replace/fix my damaged screen and to power wash my stairs and walk as soon as I conveyed it to them, however, I had already completed the work as soon as I noticed it. (Happy wife Happy life) When the owner of Power Construction heard I had cleaned up the tar on the stairs and fixed a screen he asked how he could compensate me for my time and materials. I requested Power Construction could replace the gutters on my screen porch and put in a new downspout instead of financial compensation. The owner agreed to have the gutters and downspout replaced at no cost to me. He wants to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied. Once again excellent experience working with Power Construction, I definitely recommend them. My next-door neighbor is actually in the process of contacting them to replace their roof."

"Leak on my slate roof and he cleaned my gutters while repairing the leak. Good job."

"Bill was responsive and returned the call, showing up the same day. He cleaned the gutters and made minor roof repairs. He evaluated the condition of my roof and gave an honest opinion."

"Anthony worked a multi-week project that included stone foundation repair, remove and replace gutter, rotted wood repairs, mold removal from roof and paint entire house. He was easy to communicate with. He gave updates on when he would be on-site and what work would be performed. He and his associate did an excellent job on all the projects. They cleaned up and removed all old materials. They gladly went through à ¢à  à  finishing touchesà ¢à  à  checklists and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work."
