"Did a great job with all the work he did and got my mom’s bathroom up and running. The door was installed not wrong but might have had a defect. After I texted him he responded and immediately apologized and came over on his next available day which was only a few days wait. Fixed the issue and now everything is perfect. My mom is very pleased with the bathroom remodel."

"Lou was excellent from start to finish. Involved, explained, suggested and supported my wife and i, a couple of seniors, throughout the process that in 8 business days transformed our "old fashioned" 50 year old bathtub et al, into a modern shower and bathroom that we love. My son and daughter-in-law "inspected" our new bathroom, and hired Louie right then to remodel their bathroom. He starts on theirs in 6 weeks. "Nuff Said" hire him...you wont be sorry."

"Shower was finished in two days.....the installers were extremely polite and worked diligently to finish timely. The new shower actually uplifted the look of the entire bathroom ..... very luxurious look indeed! No more grout to scrub is a huge pus too....I highly recommend!"

"I was cleaning a towel bar and was too rough with it and it came off in my hand.  I called Norman and he asked me to send him a picture of it and i did.  He then got in touch with me and set up an appointment for a service tech to come and repair it.  When the service tech arrived he showed me I.D. and said he was sent by Norman from Homecraft and was here to fix the towel bar.  He was very courteous and i directed him to the bathroom upstairs. It only took the service tech named Frank ten or fifteen minutes to replace the towel bar. He cleaned everything up and was very professional.. I asked him the price for fixing it and he told me Norman said there would be no charge. Although Norman and his company built my dormered bathroom upstairs 6 years ago i was very happy that it was still warrantied. The bathroom looks great as does the kitchen downstairs Norman and his company did for me ten years ago. I still get compliments on both the kitchen and the bathroom .I  called Norman and thanked him. i still recommend Norman and Homecraft to anyone i speak with who needs any sort of work done in their house. "Working with Jose and is team was an excellent experience. He’s very dependable and reliable . He shows up on time and he works! His prices are very reasonable and his work product is wonderful. Jose was initially hired to do one project for me (renovation of all 3 bedrooms - install new ceiling light (bedroom had no overhead lighting ) repair ceiling, instal new ceiling fan, paint all bedrooms, built two custom closets. After I realized how well he worked, I asked him back to do a second project on my home, repainting the entire interior of my home, repairs to the ceiling etc. he also did more electrical work on the front of the house. He then did some tile replacement and I installed additional lights in the basement area. Based on the work my Neighbour saw at my home they also hired Jose to repaint the entire interior of their home. He’s the ONLY person I will ever call from now on for Anything I need done."

"Dani & Manuel did 99% of the very hard work. Obviously, both are adequately skilled at this type of job. They get along well with each other as a team, are polite, clean & respectful with very pleasant, happy dispositions. Our new bathroom is gorgeous. Attention to detail I appreciated as well. This is a great company."

"Great. His workers are meticulous. They installed a floor to perfection. 3 years ago Fine did 2 bathroom as well. Beautiful design. Plus Dave is always there to fix any issues that arise after completion."

"So please with Mario’s work. He was direct to the point in identifying the solution to the bathtub problem and immediately fixed it."

"I moved into my new home on 7/8 and knew I needed to replace the 20 year old hot water heater. The water was warm in the shower and brown. Originally, I planned on getting a tankless unit, but that was prohibitively expensive and not allowed in my community. Taking the next prudent steps, I secured my three estimates. Not only was AquaFlow the least expensive, but when I met Enrique, I knew I wanted to work with him on this project and all future plumbing issues. He explained what needed to be done, secured the tank from the supply dealer, and showed up at 9:00 AM promptly as promised. It was originally planned to be a two man job, but the other person couldn’t make it. Enrique did the entire job on his own. I was amazed. He worked until 5:00 PM. I asked why he didn’t just reschedule with me, but he stuck to the date and time he gave me. He also installed my new touch-less faucet and adjusted the cartridge in the shower and I now can take hot (not warm) showers."
