All of the companies were professional and reasonable, but Brian at Alside was adamant that fixing the skylight was a poor option because there were multiple layers of shingles so it would not be a clean fix. Instead he suggested replacing the entire portion of roof when replacing the skylight. It was a more expensive approach but the appropriate way to address the leaking skylight. Brian was quite to respond to the request for a quote and he had his team out one week after the initial visit. They completed the work in a single day and the lot was extremely clean when they left.
