"Arrive my place fairly on time on the date of appointment.
take a look at under the work area, the parts that I provided and quote me a fair price.
The job broken down to two part. First the disconnect and remove the existing faucet. Install the faucet I provided. This part she quote me a very fair price.
Second part of the job, install the reverse osmosis water filter system, she explained that its not the unit she use to and it would take her sometime to get it done right. This part of the job would be 120/hr. She estimated somewhere about 2hrs to complete.
FYI there are hundreds of water filter system out there, and I got a 5 stage RO system, It is a bit complicated system but not bad. I am happy that she is willing to try and I think her estimate of time is right on the spot. (unlike the previous plumbing service I try to use and the guy just BS and ran out the door)
I agree and she proceed to work.
First part of the job done in about an hour or so. She did encounter some issue due to some buildup and rust with the old faucet. however she done it beautifully.
She also took out the instant hot water unit and the soap dispenser that my wife dying to get rid of and cap the extra hole on the sink with a cover.
Second part of the job is tricky and not an easy task. took us a few min to figure out how and where, and the dispensing faucet isn't exactly a perfect fit with the existing hole on the sink.  But we figure it out and adapt, The system works and no leaks.
I am happy with her service and my wife will be happy with the newly installed equipment.
I will recommend her to anyone and will reuse her service for any plumbing needs.

She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."
