Ken R went above and beyond to make sure the right people came out and got the job done correctly (even sending out another tech when the first wasn’t quite on the mark). Lacking 3 stars because of the MULTIPLE phone calls required to communicate and set up appointments. Multiple no shows, local dispatch said it was miscommunication… Taking off work multiple times for miscommunication in unacceptable. Michelle would also say she would call back with updates then never does. Despite me calling her and explaining the importance of needing someone to show up at the arranged appointment and frustration of taking off work so many times.ANOTHER NO SHOW. The only phone number is for a national office who schedule appointments with clients before looking to see if those techs are even available. I would happily create a Google Sheet for this company to be able to accurately schedule appointments and get its act together. Highly recommend Southside Plumbing instead. "Technician said no clog. That is not the issue with the service. The tech did his job, even acceptable that no clog was noted. However, the charge for the few minutes of service on one drain is unacceptable. No coupon same day discount, no senior discount, or any other type of discount was taken off bill. $285.55 for one small pipe drain clean is unacceptable price gouging at its biggest. They will not be called by any of my family (close, extended) for services again. Friends and neighbors will hear about beware of not getting any discount despite COVID PPE no causing sufficient blindness for the tech to be able to see services were provided to a seniors household. $285 with tax/ one drain - never again from this outfit. "This is the second time that I have used these guys. My basement bathroom was backing up and flooding anytime we used the upstairs bathroom or sinks. This happened Saturday night and Tony showed up Sunday morning to fix it. He was very professional answering all my questions and keeping me very informed of everything he was doing and looking at. He even found another problem and was able to give me a accurate quote on what it will be so I can look at fixing it before it becomes a bigger problem. To finish I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again whenever I have another issue with my home."

"I had recently moved into a house with my family and had a few relatively easy fixes however, couldn't find the time to take care of them so I hired Countryside to come out and fix them. He did a very good job of explaining the reasons for the repairs, potential issues that might come up down the road with some of the older parts that weren't replaced, and explained how he would fix them as well as these current issues so that I could do them at a later date."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
