Receive another bid from one of the other larger companies town, and there was zero followup from other the other company, clearly didn't really want this job. Not Natures' Helper, followed up just as Jeremy said he wound and was able to get the install scheduled sooner than I was expecting. The install crew (both the plumber and sprinkler) were awesome, and they were able to get the job done without needing to cut any access openings in my just recently finished basement, a huge plus!!! Absolutely love the sprinkler system, not sure why I've waited until I'm almost 50 to enjoy the conveniences of having one. Also upgraded to include the rain sensor (a definite plus) and also the wireless remote option (a even bigger plus), being able to control via the app on my phone, very nice. He did a very good job of explaining the reasons for the repairs, potential issues that might come up down the road with some of the older parts that weren't replaced, and explained how he would fix them as well as these current issues so that I could do them at a later date."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
