They suggested using fluted trim that matched the trim in our den as well as other features that truly enhanced the look and made the bookcases seem they were original to the construction of the home. Craftsmen were polite and professional; the job completed in very timely fashion. I hope to use Premier for other remodeling projects we have coming up. Highly recommend this firm."

"These guys turned the entire upstairs from unusable to comfortable. And, they made the upstairs and downstairs more energy efficient. When we started, I had a few doubts that it would be worth the investment. I'm writing this review more than a year after the work was completed... so we've been through all seasons. IT IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT. Not only is the upstairs now great (it was previously unusable due to improper insulation and other builder gaps... terribly hot in summer and uncomfortable in winter), but our electric bill is lower. In summer, what used to be a $500 utility bill is now more like a $300 utility bill. Incredible attention to detail, these guys are experts in their field. They do quality work, no shortcuts. They're serious about making meaningful changes that yield a return. Our family is feeling the difference in our house and in our wallet year round. We appreciate a job well done and would absolutely use this company again. (Note that there were some TVA eScore benefits available at the time our work was done, so that helped offset the cost a bit.)"

"This job was a 3 1/2 month process.  We felt that it went very smoothly and it was a positive experience.  First, the contract with Hamilton Builders was thorough and itemized upfront.  All adjustments were clear and there were no surprises at the end.   <br /> Second, the craftsmanship was superb.  From the framers to the plumbers and everyone in between, the job was top notch.  In fact, once the drywall was up, we noticed that the window was 3/4 of an inch off center.  By the the next day, Mr Hamilton had that window centered!   <br /> The third thing that sets Hamilton Builders apart from others is punctuality.  The contractors were at the house when Mr. Hamilton said they would be.  Often, they would be there five minutes early!   <br /> Furthermore, the house was worked on every day.  I knew progress was being made <strong><em>every day</em></strong>!  The only quiet days were the days that the town code inspectors were needed. <br /> The fifth thing that sets Hamilton Builders apart is that Mr. Hamilton is on site daily.  If a problem arose, Mr. Hamilton, was there to solve it.  It was also nice to have him to go to when a problem came up.  As the homeowners, we did not want to be the general contractor. <br /> Finally, and most importantly, we trust Hamilton Builders.  We were happy to leave them in our home.  We felt that the people coming and going were great people.  Once, we had to leave town and left a decision completely up to Mr. Hamilton, and we knew it would be the right one - which it was!  We also felt Mr. Hamilton did a good job of keeping the costs down, especially when we added onto the project.  Mr. Hamilton did a superb job and we look forward to doing business with him in the future! <br />"
