The team was courteous, professional and communicated regularly with us. This was the first time we did anything at this scale (a complete gutting and rebuild of the kitchen) and the Monk's team answered all my many questions and helped set my mind at ease. They were very clear on what could be done and provided great recommendations and guidance (These cabinet, fixture, backsplash and wall colors should work well together. Update the lighting. Don't go for a super powerful range hood - it would be overkill and would require make up air (a new term for me) and additional cost). Starting from the initial review meeting and estimates, meeting with the design consultant, signing off on the contract, and ultimate the execution of the project, the Monk's team did a fantastic job. Though we ended up purchasing most of the materials from other vendors, the Monk's installation team was quick yet did a wonderful job with the flooring, a new wall, cabinets, painting, plumbing, backsplash, lighting, electrical, repairing the window area, venting range hood to the outside, and removal and reattachment of appliances.
