"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"Bob repaired a broken kitchen drawer, upgraded two others and added much needed hardware to my kitchen cabinets. He responded very timely to my initial email, which I very much appreciated. Bob contacted me when he was able to come out and arrived when expected. His work and attention to detail is excellent! We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job.
