"Our clog was concentrated in first 3-5' of the line being cleaned. No other clogs were encountered. Camera review confirmed clear lines post cleaning. Service was professional and informative regarding future recommended maintenance/review schedules. However, what I was most appreciative of was their service after the service. We were missing a needed floor sewer line plug. After numerous local visits and on-line searching, we were unable to locate a suitable plug and called for assistance. After emailing a couple of photos, the owner himself found the exact plug needed and put me in touch with a company where I could get it. Thank you!"

McDonough's Services returned my call the same day I called them, and scheduled cleaning the pipe(s) the following day. I received another call the next day confirming someone would be out, and the technician called shortly after that to let me know he would be arriving within an hour, which he did. Chad was personable, and started the job right away.  He cleaned the pipes--to make sure they were clear--but he thought the major problem was the old cap he found lodged inside the pipe; this lodged cap prevented the water from draining properly and so the water backed up from our drain into our laundry room.  Chad said the cap was difficult to get out.  We are very grateful he found it as our laundry room flooding situation has been going on for a long time.  We were very pleased with McDonough?s Services, and would definitely hire them again.

"During a recent rainstorm, we checked our panel box and found that we had water sitting on and leaking around our breakers. We called and Randys responded promptly. Tom was thorough, professional, and friendly. He identified several areas where water was getting in and discussed with us the hazards of corroded breakers (and they were clearly corroded), water sitting on the breakers, and the potential remedies. We decided to replace the entire panel plus the leaking box that held the meter and Tom worked to expidite the extensive project for the next day. Project included shut off of power for entire day with Tom and Nick in and out of the house all day replacing outside box and inside panel with as little disruption to us as possible. Tom kept us updated on progress, encouraged our questions and welcomed our checking in on the work as it progressed. It was as pleasant as a day with workers in and out of your house could be. Plus, since the power was already out and they were here all day, we had asked to add in some of those small electric projects in the house that often never get done. They completed all of them including some undercabinet lighting in a snack area which looks fantastic. Cant stress enough how professional and respectful of our home they were."
