"We've used them for multiple jobs here and will continue to use them in the future."

"Dave arrived on time and got right to work. He gave helpful tips on operating, and extending the life of, the garbage disposal. Everything works great and he worked very efficiently."

"Repaired our gas leak fast and safely. Will hire again and recommend to everybody!"

"Been having problems with garbage disposal and the pipes underneath sink loosened up. Decided that didn't want the disposal anymore. Gave Chris a call and got appointment scheduled. They were prompt and got the work done neatly. Removed the disposal and fixed and replacednecessary piping. Also decided to have them remove two soap dispensers that were not functioning and since then I bought two faucet hole plugs and put those in. Everything is working great. They are really good plumbers."

"Plumbline did an amazing job on our addition and remodel. Roger kept the project moving forward at a steady pace and maintained excellent communication throughout. We were very pleased with the quality of subcontractors who have strong, longstanding relationships with Roger and his crew. The great room/mud room/half bath addition turned out beautifully and the kitchen remodel is gorgeous! I would wholeheartedly recommend Plumbline based on that high quality craftsmanship alone, but what put them over the top for me was all the extras we asked for along the way. Roger is a next-level problem solver that never minimized esthetics even if it impacted timelines. Big things like re-working the stairway railings and changing the swing of the basement door, so I can more easily manage a laundry basket, and small things like extending the backsplash tile to the floor next to the dog dishes, have all come together so perfectly. Plumbline turned our house into stunning updated home!"

"It went very well. Wayne arrived on time even though he had a bit of a hike to get to my home. He was friendly, wore a mask, was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. I plan on having him do some more work next month."

"MN Plumbing was amazing!!!! We purchased appliances from a company who uses MN Plumbing for installations. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. We will definitely use MN Plumbing for all our future needs!!!"

"Nick was amazing, professional, attentive, a perfectionist, and my satisfaction was of the utmost importance to him during the job, and upon completion. My every concern was addressed until I was satisfied. I don’t find customer service like that anymore. It was a pleasure to work with Nick. He was very kind, polite and professional, and I would work with him again in a heartbeat!!!"

"After 15 years in my current home, I was finally getting granite countertops. I was so excited. I went to Paramount on the advice of a friend who had used them. From the start they were very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. I looked at multiple granite places, and I ended up selecting my granite at another business. Paramount did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of the granite to their site in a quick and efficient manner. The gentleman that came to measure our kitchen was professional and on time. Paramount allowed me to come down to the company and they put up all three slabs they were using for my kitchen and put the template of my counters, island and desktops on them. They were patient and helpful in deciding where to cut the granite to get the maximum effect I was looking for. (Lots of movement). Along the way, I made changes - edges of the granite, backsplash changes and added sinks and faucets. They patiently updated my invoice and emailed me the updates to the project within an hour every time.  I never felt they were frustrated or upset with me, and they treated me with respect. The installers were on time and professional.  They did an excellent job and I love it. I have had many compliments on them and wouldn't change a thing. Thanks!"

Jim came to advise us after we purchased the house to estimate what it would take to plumb the kitchen and two bathrooms.  He told us how he would run vent pipes to ensure safety and legal issues were addressed.  The house was vacant, and he did some of the infrastructure work early in the project and came back a couple of months later to do the final work.  We have worked with Jim before, and appreciate his honest assessment of alternatives including cost.  He does good work, and we have always passed all of our inspections.  Jim is versatile and can work with high-end surfaces and dig into the dirt below the basement floor if necessary.  He's an ethical and honest person, and we feel we get great value for our investment.
