"Travis' roofing team showed up early and got to work.  The job went quickly and professionally.  The roofers were careful to clean up everything before they left.  They really did a good job I had another roofer come and inspect their work and he said everything was done correctly to uphold the shingles factory warranty.  Apparently many roofers cut cost by using an inferior top shingle for the ridge causing the shingle's warranty to be void.  
I would use Duraplex roofing in the future.

"Jim and partner Don, and their crew did a fantastic, professional job.  From the detailed estimate to the finished product, they were prompt and kept us informed of when they would be working, when any problems or changes needed to be discussed, and even detected and fixed very inexpensively a structural problem with our deck.  They redesigned our stairs off our deck to provide access to both the yard and the area below the deck.  It is very functional and solid. "The replacement of the unit went great. Walker heating and air technicians showed up early with a new unit they picked up ready to work. They did a professional job on the unit installation and a great job of cleaning up. The installation took about 7 hours and they then explained how it worked, the warranty, and what maintenance would be needed. They answered all the questions I had and provided contact info should I have any problems. The ac works great and the family is glad. I would recommend Walker heating and air to everyone."

"Jackie called and asked if they could come out sooner than in the afternoon.  Of course I said yes and she and her sons were here within half an hour.  We talked for a few minutes about the needed cleaning and they got right to work..  They power cleaned the gutters, cleaned the roof of twigs and leaves, and sprayed off the walk ways and the front porch.  I am very pleased with their work.  In fact I have made an appointment for them to come out late November. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
