"1st when they arrived to give estimate the guys climbed on roof and tacked down the tarp my husband had put on to cover damages so it was more secure. 2nd they were able to start 8-9 days following our decision to hire them 3rd they showed up on time if not early. "After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. "We discovered Sunroomescapes at a Homeshow, we got an estimate from them and one other contruction co.. We chose Sunroomescapes because the owner of the Co. came out to give us an estimate for a 16X16 4 seasons room with no pressure to buy. Rick was professional. <br /> We had an existing roof and floor supports because it was previously a screened in porch and all the supports were not exactly square. They squared everything up (which took some time to do) and installed the room. It took a total of 5 weeks but we had some rainy days and some very windy days when they couldn't work. <br /> The workers were very friendly and trustworthy. <br /> <br /> We are very happy with the overall experience, we hardly know what the rest of the house looks like because we spend so much time in our sunroom. "Crew showed up at 07:10 am and began immediately. Foreman was excellent and kept crew on task the entire time. I have a large roof (45 squares) and I never thought they would get it done in one day. They finished roofing job at 07:30 pm including excellent job cleaning up. Yes found some nails, but considering how many were taken off, give them an A for the clean up. Went with oversized gutters and they look really nice. So far, very happy with them. Superior Exteriors was great to work with, especially Ryan Thank you Superior Exteriors!!"

"We are happy with the Windows.  However I suspect that the pricing floats according to visibility of project (busy street + sign = more 'discount').  I will say the installation went smoothly and we are happy with the result.  We didn't realize that there'd be a ledge in front of these new windows - kind of looks goofy, but for replacement windows I'm sure we could have done worse.  Installers were good & professional.  Some of the windows are difficult to lock. Also, the EPA Lead Testing fee is complete bunk. I don't think they did anything different in terms of making sure the lead paint dust didn't come into the house. The only time they put up a screen was for the front door installation. I bet the windows went to the landfill jus the same. <br />"

"Sam worked in some of the worst weather of the winter and did everything it took to get the building up.  The scope of the project increased from the time he quoted but he was fair in his requests for additional costs. <br />"

"Nick and Michele were amazing to work with. They listened to what we wanted and helped us come up with the best way to achieve it. "During part of the renovation, Dudley Brothers discovered that the air ducts were oddly shaped and caused an obstruction with the new shower basin. They were able to have air handling contractors build a dedicated duct that could handle the air flow and accommodate the new shower basin. The attention to detail was impressive. For example, part of the framing behind the walls we reenforced so that the existing grab bars could be moved slightly but still support the weight as intended. The painting and finishing was so well done that I am still wondering whether they painted the whole bathroom as opposed to the construction area. The crew is polite, highly professional, and attentive to the needs of the client. I will contact them again this spring for yet another project."
