"The toilet repair went well, although outrageously expensive; The drip in the kitchen sink -- he charged $125 to do nothing and give wrong advice. He looked in the spout instead of the faucets; he told me the sink couldn't be repaired, that I need to buy a new sink which he would install for $425. In fact, Delta sinks are lifetime guaranteed; they sent me replacement parts free. The parts were for the two faucets, not the spout, which I hope the "repairman" didn't harm during his investigation. I would advise you to steer clear of this firm."
