"Outstanding! Very good at helping me understand the foundation problems and scope of the job. Gave me a detailed bid that was in plain English so that I could understand and ask questions. The work was begun and done in the time frame stated and finished on time. The best bid for price (and I did seek other bids), and also a 20 year warranty. My husband, who understands these kinds of projects but was out of town, became available after the project was about half done and was very pleased with the work. Thus, having undertaken this necessary project myself, it turn out that I picked the best of the best to carry it out despite my lack of experience which was made up for by the Renew Basement Foundation professionals' education that they provided as I searched for a reliable contractor. Absolute integrity in every respect. From my stand point as a novice home foundation repair customer I felt confident, and from my husband's stand point where he did understand the scope of the project, all work was flawless. I absolutely recommend Renew and if I would ever need such service again, they are the only people I would consider. Also important to note, Renew noticed other problems that I had not identified, and they helped me to solve, such as a problem with the chimney. They knew someone who could fix it and did not charge extra for that work. It was as though they were looking after my best interest without my asking or in this case without my realizing the need. Again, when my husband arrived after the work was underway, he was completely impressed with the great care and attention to detail since he was aware of the chimney problem (although I wasn't). The team of workers sent to repair our foundation and replace our drain tiles (both exterior and interior) was on time, efficient, hard-working, friendly and polite. "First, I would like to say your crew was nice to work with. We have not had enough rain to see if the job was a success or not. I would like to say that we were disappointed in the installation of the egress window well, but after your crew came back out and repaired it, it looks good. We were not happy that your crew did not say anything about the damage that was done to the rain gutter and soffit. I do not think they would have said anything if I would not have seen it and said something. When your crew came back to repair the egress window well, they told me they would go get some paint and paint it. That was not done, and that would not have fixed the gutter and soffit that is only a year old. Now to the inside, we think your crew did a good job installing the drain tile, removing the debris, and cleaning things up, however, we are not happy with the way the concrete was put back in. It is not smooth, there are stones showing, and we think we could have done a better job. When your crew came back out to repair the egress window well, they said they could grind off the high spots, but I told them not to bother because it will still look like a kid did the job."

"I was able to make an appointment through Erin in the office to schedule someone to come out within a week. Kyle came out to give us an estimate. He was prompt and courteous. He examined our basement walls from the inside and then walked the outside of the property. He informed us we didn't need basement or foundation repair. Our problem was our gutters and the grading of our lawn. He recommended two solutions to those problems and stated which would be cheaper. We appreciated his advice and that he didn't take any money for the estimate or advice. If our basement or foundation ever does need repair, we are definitely calling Accurate Basement Repair."

"Fantastic People, Fantastic Company. I called American Foundation Specialists to give me an estimate to fix my basement foundation per the recommendation of a foundation engineer. The first company quoted me approximately $13,000.00. When Jamie and Lyle, with American Foundation Specialists, came out and started to take measurements, he determined that the corner of my basement in question was actually only 1/8" low and not over 1" low like the engineer stated. He then reached out to an engineer that he usually works with who was highly experienced in evaluating these types of issues. The next day they came back out and met me and the engineer to look at the foundation issue. The new engineer agreed with American Foundation Specialists and reported that there was no continuing movement in the foundation and that it was likely caused from initial settling when the house was built. Since I was doing this in order to sell my house I was being forced to make this repair. This was a $13,000 project that they could have gotten from me and made good money on. Instead, they volunteered 2 different 1+ hour trips to my house to help me get a correct report and avoid wasting money on an unnecessary repair. They were not even going to charge me for their visits but I insisted that I had to give them something in return for their time. After my experience with American Foundation Specialists, I cannot imagine that there is another company around with their honesty, character, and expertise. I'm still blown away that they took a job that would have been theirs and money out of their pocket and instead invest time to help me SAVE $13,000 and get the right answers."

"Excellent! They were professional, careful with surrounding landscape and created a beautiful, new design. We've attempted to get bids on this job for 3 years. Other contractors would either not respond to calls or give ridiculous bids ( $5,100- $19,000) for the exact same job. This year, we contacted 3 cement contractors from Angie's List and all 3 bids were under $4,000. We went with Cusatis based on previous reviews and our confidence in their ability after meeting with them. We hired them in late winter and they were already booked through August. However, with the warm spring, they were able to start several weeks earlier than expected. They are definitely worth the wait."

"The foundation inspector, Fred, was extremely professional.  He explained our drainage issues and gave us possible solutions for all of them even though not all of them were provided by Tri-State (such as landscaping).  We selected their crack repair services and the repair was scheduled quickly.  The crack repair work was done on schedule for the quoted price.  The overall work was high quality, but the remaining cleanup was more than we had expected.  In all fairness to Tri-State the basement floor was wet concrete and drywall had been torn down, so the dust caked and had to be scraped up.  In the month since the repair we have had numerous severe thunderstorms which would have in the past left the basement flooded, but have experienced no problems. <br />"
