"Scammers and liars , I called SGA to check out my gate because it stopped working , after couple of days someone came out with no tools or parts had only a Multimeter, there was no power going to the control board and he told me i need a new control board , i don’t know how could he do that without power !!! he literally spent three minutes and then took a picture of the control board and said he or another technician wil come out with a new control board but never heard back from them , a few days later i took the battery to an auto part store and asked them to test it , they said the battery was seven years old and it’s dead, so i purchased a new battery , after installing it back the control board started working just fine. i called SGA and asked them what happened and i told them that the board is fine and their technician did not diagnose anything so they stared making up stories and gave me a whole bunch of lies DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL , THEY WILL SCAM YOU by the way i got a call from someone at GSA today and told me they will install a new control board for $900 !! and a new system would cost $9000 the control board cost about $250-$300 and i’m sure they can get much cheaper and literally takes five minutes to replace . i don’t know why they want to charge almost $700 for five minutes of work?. and a whole brand new complete system by LiftGate cost only $2600 here is the link, [*** Link removed ***] time to install a complete system is about 2-3 hours but they want to charge $7000 just for labor!!! these people are scammers ."

Here’s what went wrong: 🔹 They violated our property line – The new fence was built over 1 foot into our yard, shrinking our usable space and breaching the terms of our signed contract. 🔹 Poor construction quality – The fence is not level across multiple sections. – Boards began warping and deteriorating within 1-2 months of installation. – A reputable contractor who inspected the fence told us it was so poorly built and used such low-quality materials that it couldn't be salvaged — it has to be completely rebuilt. 🔹 Zero accountability, only threats – When we raised these issues and requested a refund, Contour Fence threatened to file a lien on our home. – We retained an attorney and presented clear evidence of the construction flaws and contract violations. – Their own attorney chose not to represent them after reviewing the case. – Despite this, they had the nerve to ask us to pay their legal fees. We decided not to pursue small claims court purely to save our time and energy — not because they had a leg to stand on. We’re confident we would win, but the hassle isn’t worth it. "The service person was timely and quickly diagnosed the problem. We ended up needing a new garage door opener. We scheduled a 2nd visit for the garage door opener to be installed. The technician arrived promptly again, installed the garage door opener and made sure I knew how it worked. I have always had such good service from this company."

"Jerrod the owner of Archstone was emphatic to point out that he is one of the best if not the best and a very conscientious and honest man. He said the mortar on exterior house wall is very hard and can't be ground out. Per his expert advise the best things is pressure wash and scrape out loose and damaged mortar and use sponging technique to fill in cavities with type S mortar. I understood and agreed asking for care with pressure washer. Quote was $2922 before tax. He said the wall wouldn't look much better than it does now but he would get all the places having egregious deterioration and then seal. Two days work. Moving forward his team (him and a 18 year old nephew) came and went in less than 4 hours. Sealant remained to be done and I could see that cost was itemized at $400. I personally could do it in 1/2 hour so I asked him to scratch it from the price. He was very amenable to that. The issue arose when I was sealing I found and sent him photos of spots with severe erosion that were missed and should take about 1 hour to fix. Some on wall, one in bottom corner of house, one big seam in windowsill. I sent email and photos asking for him to return. He didn't reply. 1 week later I reached him by phone and he said he didn't get the email/or hadn't read it yet but he wasn't going to come back for 'pinholes' which I could do myself. First of all I could do everything myself but that's time that I paid him for. He is too busy to come. Photos are from the south wall as discussed."
