I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. Since they lifetime warranty the install work, after the install was complete they had their own inspector review the work to ensure it was done right with no issues found. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"Rick spent a lot of time answering our questions and made some great suggestions. We had some dead valleys and some low slope areas and we upgraded to copper looking roofing in those areas. They were careful protecting our plants and landscaping and clean-up. They used a dump trailer rather than a dumpster. Our house was built underventlated and damaged some underlayment. He replaced numerous sheets of plywood (no chip-board!) added needed ventilation and did a great job installing on our roof- some of it was a 12:12 pitch- and it was hotter than blazes. His crew was pleasant and well mannered and worked there tails off. Great job! Mark"

"We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. "In Emerlad State, Todd, the owner, has a business that is top notch all the way. His people are that good. The lead on this crew was Hever, and he is one fine carpenter and framer. This man is all about quality and I highly recommend this talented individual. Hever knows his stuff. Speaking of knowing your stuff. This project involved 2 buildings, the house and a detached garage. There was quite a bit of structural damage to the house which is an open cathedral ceiling. No problem for Hever though. He and his crew fixed all the damage and its so solid I feel like I'm walking on concrete when I'm on the roof. The garage was more or less a typical tear off and replace. They did the garage in the blink of an eye. Oh and by the way, many thanks for Jim. I would not have gotten this project off the ground without his guidance. Jim is Todd's invaluable right hand man. He really knows the Certainteed Integrity Roof System, which I highly recommend. I looked at quite a few roofing systems before Jim sold me on Certainteed and Emerald State. Oh, and if you value communication as much as I do, then you'll really appreciate Jim. He's fantastic, he really is. So in the end, I went with the Northgate Heather Blend Shingle, thank you Jim, and I couldn't be happier. I should also note that they installed a new skylight that looks really great. They were professional from start to finish and did an excellnt clean up. I'm so happy I went with Emerald State. These guys are the best."
