"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

Communication is not Kelly's strong suit. She seems to rely completely on her cell phone, and that may not be adequate for a growing business. Stuff happens, and if she had a Business Manager or even a competent secretary, communication with her customers when things need to be rescheduled would make things go a lot smoother.  It is very frustrating to be left in the dark when the schedule needs to be adjusted. I think this would be a great opportunity for a retired business woman who is looking to mentor a bright and hard working young lady trying to get her service established. It would be a shame for it not to succeed due to a lack of understanding of Business 101. <br />"
