"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"They were excellent, I would highly recommend. Everyone was very professional and showed up right when they said they would. They were gentle and everything arrived intact. They had us on the road in no time."

"There was no moving of furniture. Ladies (2) were very sweet but not very thorough. Even gave a large tip.... walked around the house and found several areas where cleaning was not up to standard. Were only there for a little over 2 hours. Disappointed and won't use in the future."

"Hard workers and easy to work with. I hired them to try and get the mold smell (post remdiation) off of my walls and ceilings. Very thorough and the smell seemed much abated after their treatment with borax and vinegar but sadly the next day the smell returned. A tough problem. I do wish that the person who came out to price the job had communicated better with the worker team. They did not realize I expected help with cabinets and furniture also. And was surprised that there was an extra charge for hauling my sofa away which I had not been quoted. I would use them again but get things clear from the beginning."

"I am so very pleased with Carl Smith and River City Solar & Electric. Carl's work is exceptional. He works at a good pace, cleans up after himself as he goes so he not spreading stuff around the house. His cost are reasonable and fair. Again, I'm very pleased with the work Carl did for me. He is a very personable young man. I will be recommending him to my friends and plan to have him do some other jobs for me.I would recommend him to all who need a reliable, professional electrician."
