"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Well let me first start off by saying as a home owner having work done of any sort at your home always adds stress to your normal daily routine. When we decided it was time to do some upgrading to our home, we started the task of seeking out quotes for doing our roof first. While shopping roofers and gathering quotes I came across Tony Guzman of Dream Home Remodeling Inc. After sitting and talking with Tony my Husband and myself felt that he and his company would be our choice. I cannot say enough about the great job they did. They arrived on time, there was a foreman present the entire job who was very knowledgeable about roofing, the shingles I choose and was able to address and answer any of my concerns, all the guys were polite and left my home after completing the job spotless with a beautiful new roof. I was pleasantly surprised at the little amount of stress involved while Tony and his crew were here. It was an A+ all around!"

"Nick was on time for the estimate appointment, dressed professionally, and ready to answer any questions I had. I had a lot of questions. He answered every single one of them completely and thoroughly. His estimate was very good and we hired Freedom Roofing. He was patient when I could not decide what color I wanted. I delayed the project by a couple of days because of it. He brought me samples of the different metals, where the other companies said they could not. I was able to touch and choose my metal. They were here at 8 am on the day agreed upon and started work. I had a lot of prep work and repairs that needed to be done to the decking. All of that was done the first day. He had to wait for the roofing he ordered to get here, but we knew about it. He kept us informed. He worked Saturday until past dark. He came again yesterday( Sunday) from about 1pm until 9:30pm. By himself yesterday, with only an hour break. They got here today ( Monday) early this morning and they were finished and cleaning up by 4:30pm. He and his crew hustled, were polite, and worked constantly. The roof is beautiful and looks to be a fantastic job. My husband walked all the way around and inspected it. He gave us a warranty, but I doubt we will need it. Oh, and he came in under budget! We are so pleased. I would recommend Freedom Roofing to anyone needing any kind of roof. So glad we hired him. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
