He fully explained the process to correct my problems and sent me an estimate by e-mail. We arranged to have the work performed the following week. Their crew arrived a little late for their appointment but had called to let us know that they would be late. They were very professional and went right to work. They drilled small holes through my concrete ( 1" in diameter) and injected their material into the voids under the concrete. After raising the concrete they filled in the holes.
