For us and our investment, we wanted to really hire the best just in case we had any issues in the future. Although Sprague Structural Solutions happened to be the most expensive, I felt most comfortable that they would do the job correctly - and only one time needed to do it. They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way."

"After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

"Called and left message and they promptly returned my call. Set up an appointment for the following week. Their estimator arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He fully explained the process to correct my problems and sent me an estimate by e-mail. We arranged to have the work performed the following week. Their crew arrived a little late for their appointment but had called to let us know that they would be late. They were very professional and went right to work. They drilled small holes through my concrete ( 1" in diameter) and injected their material into the voids under the concrete. After raising the concrete they filled in the holes. "Grant and his team did a great job.  Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight.  Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job. Reece and Justin did a terrific job with the actual installation and went above and beyond in many facets to make sure that the work was satisfactory based on our desires.  There were a few unexpected challenges during the job and rather than take the easy way out and just try to "make it work" they took the time to do it right the first time.  Justin and Reece's craftsmanship was top notch with regard to the installation of the laminate floor with good attention to detail so that the seams looked appropriate and the lines were straight.  Overall we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Good Hands to all of our friends and neighbors."
