Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. Coverall was not the cheapest but the less expensive did not seem to trust worthy. The quotes were less and don’t know how it’s possible given Coverall was in the ball park of some others. I had a great experience upfront during the sales process. Everything was explained upfront and made clear what work was to be preformed. The materials are quality as promised. The work took a few days but wow 100% satisfied and the workmanship is excellent. The supervisor follow up daily with me directly as well as the office support. I never felt abandoned or worried.
