They painted the interior, replaced and painted all the interior doors, replaced the floor in the basement, cault the shower and replaced the toilet in the downstairs bathroom and fixed a leak in the ceiling and patch it back up very nicely.Everything looks great! They did a beautiful job with cleaning up. I just had my floors refinished and they did not get one drop of paint on them or anywhere else. They took the time to completely cover everything before they began work. The workers were professional, competent and very nice. I highly recommended this company and plan on using them again. "Background - We had our traditional fireplace converted to gas. The company we hired to do the work made three 10 by 10 holes in our basement drywall in order to pull the gas line to the fireplace on the floor above. ============================================= King repaired the three holes, and the work was beautifully done! What impressed me most about Oscar, King's CEO, is that he was willing to come to our house to explain the work that needed to be done and provide an estimate. Three other companies provided quotes but over the phone or text and not in person. It is a good thing he did come out!! He discovered that one of the patches required special handling. 1 inch drywall screws for this patch could not be used because the 1 inchers would puncture duct work. In addition to the drywall work, Oscar provided some good suggestions about maintenance items we may want to consider in the future. We will definitely use King again!"
