"I cannot believe how good the tub looks.  The technician, Blake, did the preliminary work on Monday the 6th, and returned on the 9th to finish up.  When he inspected his work on the 9th, he discovered some paint runs that I hadn't noticed or felt by touch.  
So he removed the paint runs, reapplied the finish, and returned on the 10th to buff and finish the job.  I was impressed by his dedication, and his desire to get the job done right.
