He took it upon himself to caulk both the green roof and the window FOR FREE as a favor. We are sure to be using Keith Roofing in the future! "From the initial visit to scope the work required, through the delivery of the quote, and the scheduling and performance of the work, this was arguably one of the smoothest, easiest major home repair projects I've had to get done. The estimator arrived exactly on time, which was important to me, because I live about two hours from the worksite, my son's house. He did a thorough inspection, then provided a detailed breakdown of the work required and the materials and costs involved. He also took the time to explain the advances in roofing systems since the existing roof was installed during construction of the home over thirty years ago. The proposal was delivered the next day, with an additional, lower cost option, which included an explanation of the sources of the cost reductions. The proposal delivery and invoicing processes were seamless, and the office staff was exceedingly helpful. This is not the first roof I've had to get replaced, and it can be a very disruptive process. The Peak Roofing installation crew was the best I've worked with. Showed up on time, went right to work and, even though there were some surprises - seven sheets of sheathing that clearly needed replacement - they had the old roof off, the sheathing replaced and the new system installed in a little under six hours. On previous jobs, I've had to walk around the house and pick up remnants of the old roof after the crew had left. Not this time. In fact, I think the area around the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I was truly amazed that the only evidence of their having been at the house was the beautiful new roof. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Terrific customer service and truly outstanding workmanship."

"i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get. And i did!"

He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted.
