"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. I am issuing a rating of five out of five stars for his performance."

"The roofing crew headed by Romeo and the gutter crew headed by Carlos did an outstanding job. The roof and gutters were replaced on two separate days. Romeo and his crew arrived at 8:00 and were done b y 4:00 including cleanup. They left my property immaculate. Likewise Carlos and his crew arrived a 8:00 and were done by 3:00 installing new gutters, down spouts, and gutter covers. The price was competitive. I highly recommend Liberty Home Remodeling."

"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"Excellent experience dealing with Beyond Exteriors. Very professional, quick to respond out to provide estimate, and were able to come out the following week to do the job. They installed new gutters and downspouts, leaf guards, and repaired fascia for me, and did a wonderful job. I've had contractors do work at my house, and some are good with clean-up while others aren't. Aside from the fact that I had new gutters etc installed, I couldn't even tell that the installers had been to my house b/c they didn't leave any debris behind. Also, great customer service. I rec'd a call the day prior to confirm installation, then a call afterward to follow-up. Very professional. I think their prices may be slightly on the higher end, but, being a gov't worker, I know that choosing a project solely on price is not always beneficial for the customer. I've learned that you pay for what you get. I am very happy with the level of customer service and quality of work received from BE; can't emphasize this enough. I know I'll need a new roof eventually, so I'm definitely going to call them again. I recommend Beyond Exteriors for 1.) quality of work 2.) great customer service 3.) promptness of installers."
