Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now."

Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. They also repaired the ceiling on the enclosed front porch that had severe water damage. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard and driveway and thoroughly removed all of the debris.
