"I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. "Jim came out promptly. Our roof is only 5 years old and we have a leak. The installer said it was fascia and not his roof. Jim climbed up and took photos to show me a cut shingle with exposed nail about where the leak is. He said the fascia looked fine. He calked that area. Fingers crossed. The job was complicated as structural repairs were needed and a skylight replacement. Not a problem at all. Cleanup was amazing. My yard looked better than before they arrived. Every staff member, from Patrick the rep, the terrific installer team, Paul the project manager, and Mike the owner are all truly good, honest, hardworking, and awesome people! We had our shingle roof replaced with standing seam metal roofing and thank goodness for the quality and expertise of All Weather Exteriors as a month later a giant tree fell on our house - had we not had our new roof we would be rebuilding our home. I believe that All Weather Exteriors literally saved our lives! The only significant damage was to the ridge vent and some scratches on the metal - talk about high quality materials for sure. The customer service of Mike the owner is really second to none as he came out about an hour after it happened to check the damage to make sure the roof was all right and wouldn't leak until repairs could be done - he even worked with our insurance company and kept in contact until we could get it resolved. "We just had a new roof installed on our home and garage. They were at our home at 7am ready to go and stayed until the project was complete! Eric is very easy to deal with and the foreman Mike was here with the employees all day. They were very friendly and very accommodating to even to the "special" requests I had. They did an outstanding job! When the job was done my yard looked amazing they cleaned up so well, other than seeing my amazing new roof you wouldn't have even known they were here! "I must say communication with A&A is amazing. I had several other estimates and Ed is the only one who actually climbed onto the roof to inspect the gutters. They arrive on time and clean up thoroughly. Ed then came by later in the day to inspect the work done and made some minor adjustments so everything was perfect. Recently with the heavy rains I was having mulch wash away. I called Ed yesterday about the problem and he suggested river stones. I personally cannot carry a bag of river stones. Ed said no problem and he would take care of the buying and placing river stones by the end of the week. Ed took care of the problem the same day I called him.
