He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

Prep areas with plastic walls to contain dust as best as possible, move appliances, remove existing cabinets and countertops, take down existing drywall to the studs and down to strapping on ceiling , remove existing floor tiles , install new patio door and window, insulate walls, hang drywall, tape and mud or plaster walls and ceiling, create new openings in wall between kitchen and front room and wall at foot of stairs, prime ceiling and walls, install new cabinets, install new window and door trim,
install new tile floor, install tile backsplash, remove all debris, be on site when inspector comes to sign off on different phases of job.

"Working with Sara at the Kitchen Center was fantastic.  I was nervous about the cost of a new kitchen and overwhelmed with the details of a new layout.  Sara was full of good ideas and she was so patient with me as we worked through planning my new kitchen.  I compared prices to the kitchen company who originally installed our old kitchen and the Kitchen Center prices were comparable.  I gave the price a B rating above only because it isn't cheap to redo a kitchen, but paying for quality cabinets is so worth it!  It took me a few weeks to make a final decision on what I wanted, but when I finally did, Sara made sure that the delivery and installation of the cabinets was on schedule and kept me up to date.  The installer was very professional.  He was a perfectionist and he did an amazing job.  Overall, we are thrilled with our new kitchen!  We love the Wood-Mode cabinets, the pull-out shelves, and some of the nice bells & whistles that are available with quality cabinets.  I would certainly recommend Kitchen Center to anyone who needs a new kitchen or bath and would like to work with a team of designers who are professional and knowledgeable.  "

"Short version, I am glad that I hired Alessandro's crew.  Long version: I was nervous at first about hiring for this job when I didn't have an estimate in hand from them, just an hourly rate - since the job was to repair something that was invisible at the time, the buried garage sill plate, Alessandro explained that any estimate would be a lot of guesswork and wouldn't be fair to me.  In the end, I agree entirely, and it turned out very well - United did a great job, and it came out to be a little under the full estimates that I'd received, too.  They removed what was left of a very water and insect-damaged sill plate beneath my one-car garage, installed a new pressure-treated wood sill, and filled with concrete.  They also tore down a crummy little wooden lean-to shed that somebody had tacked onto the garage in some past decade.  The crew was very friendly and nice about showing me their progress on the three days of the job.  There was one hiccup at the end, when they did a small repair job that I hadn't actually approved or requested, but it was an honest and harmless mistake and Alessandro was great about promptly calling me re: the mix-up, and not billing me for that work.  He'd been honest and upfront with me throughout the process, and continued to be when that happened, so I'm altogether very pleased with the services that they provided.  I feel much more secure now about the integrity of the property, United got the job done promptly and properly, and their charge for their services was fair.  I'm glad that I went with them and would definitely be calling them again for any other future work!

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"It was a great experience. It was mostly Mark but he brother Scott was also involved. They did the most thorough bid by far so I went in thinking they had a good handle on the scope. Which turned out to be true as they did the whole job in 7 weeks. Their grandfather started the business and you can tell they've spent their lives doing this. Our house is 70 years old. There were 2 major problems. First, when the soffit was removed, we found there was a huge drainpipe in 1 corner. They built a smaller, beautiful soffit at no extra cost. Second, when the family room/kitchen wall was demolished, the upstairs heating pipes were right in the middle and had to be rerouted; they gave us some options and we selected one that added the 5% extra to the total project although I got at least this much back in the extra carpentry work they did at no charge. At least 4 times, they came up with some very creative workarounds to problems with the cabinets or the house not being level. The end result is a work of art."
