"The Honor Construction inspectors were very prompt and professional. They were very prepared and had very good equipment to do the inspection on the home we were considering to purchase. <br /> <br /> Midway through the inspection the Honor Construction inspector pointed out some very serious water issues that would need serious repair, including - possible tear down of a wall (possible mold issue inside of wall) - and roof repair including some plywood replacement (already had mold) with shingle repair and peak flashing repair. There were some minor issues also that were brought to our attention - but were minor and was average wear and tear on a 7 year old home. Our decision was not to purchase the home - not just because of the needed repairs, but also time was the issue concerning length of time to get the repairs done compared to our time schedule to get settle in a new location. <br /> <br /> Both inspectors were very detailed and professional including using a temperature gun that read the degrees of air coming out of the air conditioning system and vents. We felt they didn't miss checking one item. <br /> <br /> All and all we were very please with Honor Construction and made sure to thank them for a job well done."
