Provenza floors can only be cleaned with their product and it is a floor that needs to be oiled. It is very labor-intensive. I am so impressed at the hard work and dedication and commitment to that Chuck and his team did in restoring our floor. It looks absolutely beautiful. They are top-notch professionals. Respectful, courteous and attentive to small details. You will not be disappointed if you hire them to do your wood floors, tiles or carpet. I paid a premium for carpet with the understanding it was backed by a warranty, and I followed all care requirements, including professional cleaning every 18 months (with receipts to prove it). When the carpet started rippling within two years, I expected the warranty to be honored. Instead, I was told the warranty was void without proper investigation and immediately referred to pay out-of-pocket for repairs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the service was dismissive, and Todd the store owner showed little concern for customer satisfaction.
