"The whole roof was completed within two and a half days. The workers showed up by 6:15 AM every day. They were very efficient in installing the new roof. They were very detailed oriented. We couldnâ t believe that they worked until 6:00 PM. Thatâ s a long day to be working on a roof under the heat of the day. They were careful in removing our cameras and the two solar lights attached to the outside of the garage.That really impressed us! They did an awesome job! The price quoted was the price we paid.. Everything was explained to us before the project was started.We highly recommend them. If you want your roof done right the first time.Call First Response Roofing!!!"

They went above and beyond what was in the contract by trimming branches that were overhanging on the roof also added peel and stick underlayment on an area of our roof that was prone to leak and replaced all broken tiles with new. "When I came to Angie’s list to get a quote on the roof repair I received several calls from multiple contractors. Those that came out told me I needed to replace the entire underlayment on a roof that was less than 10 years old. Prices were $17-$20,000. when Desert Sun came out, they were upfront, honest, and refreshing. He told me I did not need to replace the entire underlayment and had at least three years left on it. For less than 1/8 of the price the other companies wanted to charge me. Then after all the work was done I asked how much would it have been to replace the underlayment for the entire roof and his price was still thousands less than the other companies. Now I have time to save over the next year because I will definitely be calling them back to do the full repair when the time comes."

"Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien."
