Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."
