"Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."

"I hired Moving APT early last year when I relocated for work. The move was approximately, an 8-hour drive away from my home. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. I would consider the cost of the move fair as it was booked a few weeks out. The only two issues I had were that the movers arrived a day later than I requested. Because of this, I had to stay in a hotel. Also, my boxspring arrived with a hole in it. Basic insurance was included in the cost of my move and customer service kindly expedited payment to me.
