"We’ve custom-built and remodeled homes on five occasions and from that perspective I give SES a solid thumbs up. They recently completed a kitchen renovation on our apartment and we are very happy with the outcome and the price paid. Perry’s estimate was detailed and specific and allowed us to complete the project as scoped for the price quoted — a first for us. The project progressed at an acceptable pace and SES coordinated well with the subs we selected ourselves for cabinets and countertops. As is the case with all builders, there were a few glitches and some of their crew were more skilled than others. Their demo crew, cabinet installer and tile guy were first-rate, their paint guys OK and their floor guy and cleaners not very good. SES addressed concerns related to the latter two with redos and fee reductions, respectively. They inadvertently disposed of $300 worth of cabinet lighting they were supposed to reuse, but they immediately agreed to replace it at their expense. Similarly, I had asked them repeatedly to provide me with copies of receipts for parking so I could get these reimbursed by the insurance company (the project was necessitated by water damage caused by our upstairs neighbor) but they neglected to do so and as a result offered to not charge us for parking (which HAD been included as a line item in their bid). Owner Shawn was very personable and responsive, and office manager Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, keeping things moving along and ensuring punch list items and other requests were addressed in a timely fashion. Communication generally was excellent. There were no times when anyone became difficult to work with, another first for us. I would gladly use SES again and I recommend them without reservation."

"Mr. Randolph has excellent communication skills to let you know what exactly I needed done. He was reasonably priced and did not take advantage of the pricing because I am a woman. He was very professional, honest and performed a clean repair."

"I would highly recommend JCT solutions. We had a room replastered and a new attic access installed. JCT were great at communicating from the beginning and throughout the project. Mark is professional and they are reasonably priced. The plastering team were efficient, worked well together and cleaned up after the project was completed. "All of Bob's Painting people I dealt with were excellent.  Estimate, pre-paint, and painting have well done professionally.
I had two other estimates. Bob's painting was not the lowest price however; Bob (owner) presented very likable personality and professionalism when he provided me an estimate.  I'm very happy and satisfied using them.  My house looks like a newly build house with fresh stucco paint and front door.  My drive way is remarkably clean comparing with my neighbors'.  As a matter of fact, one of my neighbor just hired some handyman for power wash their driveway . . . . sorry, but my neighbor wasted money. . .

"Overall it went well. We had a few bumps but David was always available to be sure we were happy. It took about 3 weeks longer to complete the project than what was originally quoted. We had some problems with workers not showing up as promised. But there were others that were very reliable. We were very appreciative of Dan, when the original granite company we had ordered from was unable to do the job, he knew someone in that work that we could contact. Exquisite was so nice and came to our aid getting the job done so there was no further delay. Our kitchen is beautiful and is all that we envisioned. In addition, they were priced within our budget.

"I hired them to put new roof on my rental property in uptown New Orleans and needed it completed within one month (by the end of July 2021). I was concerned it might not get done in time due to the non-relenting daily rainstorms, but we eventually caught a break from the rain and Wade got the job done in two day and came in on time and on budget. The roof looks great and the workmen did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I have also looked into having them replace all the old wiring in this old apartment duplex and the person they sent over to give me a quote seemed very knowledgeable on just how to get it done in just a few days and to consolidate electrical boxes and wire runs so that looks better after than it does now. "It did not go as well as we had hoped.  He missed straightening out/tightening  some of the siding slats and I had to call him back to make corrections in the places which were still sagging.  He did not appear to understand the type of repair that was needed to straighten out and secure the siding slats.
