"The whole precess went very smoothly. Brian O'Neill from Viola Roofing came out (this was Fall 2018), went up on the roof, and gave me the best (lowest) estimate of the three contractors I called. He is a straight shooter. Since the weather was mild, his crew was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in mi-January of 2019. I requested that they also look at a minor gutter problem while the work was ongoing, and Brian had it fixed for no additional charge! It's now been a year and the roof is holding up great and looks great too. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again the next time I need a contractor."

My roof needed a lot of TLC and Apex provided it: fascia board and plywood replacement where needed, new ridge vents, skylights, and more. They even shingled my cat house at no additional charge! "I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. "Jim came out promptly. Our roof is only 5 years old and we have a leak. The installer said it was fascia and not his roof. Jim climbed up and took photos to show me a cut shingle with exposed nail about where the leak is. He said the fascia looked fine. He calked that area. Fingers crossed. "Flynn Roofing did a five star job on our Hingham residence. Stephen was on the job with the crew. Very helpful and professional When I had decisions to make. The job was complicated as structural repairs were needed and a skylight replacement. Not a problem at all. Cleanup was amazing. My yard looked better than before they arrived. Flynn Roofing was timely,efficient,and reasonably priced! Great workers."

"Wow! Exceptional experience from the beginning. Jason was great to deal with. He was the most knowledgeable of all of the estimators (we got quotes from 7 different roofing companies), answered all of our questions and gave great advice. Roofing King wasn't the lowest estimate, but in the lower middle price range. We went with them because Jason won our trust and my research on their products (GAF) showed them to be top of the line with terrific warranties. Jason gave us options for a basic roof, a better and a best. It was clearly the right choice to go with the best. When we called him in a panic because we had open plywood as a result of recent construction he went out of his way (along with Jess who schedules the work and helped us get financing) to do our roof immediately. We called on Tuesday, Jason arrived Thursday, and on Saturday the roof was installed. The installation crew was impressive! I think we had 8 workers on the roof at one time and 2 or 3 on the ground cleaning up. They dropped materials and a dumpster off the day before and got to work at 7 am, finishing up by 1:30 pm. We have a very large roof so that was really something. Jason was here to make sure everything went as planned. It was really nice and unusual to have the same person quote the job, set it up, and supervise it. They left our yard cleaner than it was before they began. The roof looks beautiful. We are really really happy. A quick note about Jess - she had the financing handled in 15 minutes and jumped through a few hoops to get the scheduling lined up as they were booking out 3 weeks when I called.
