"I met Al Guevara when my wife and I were dealing with a very stressful home ownership related event. A few days prior to Alâ s arrival, a tree had fallen on our roof and rolled onto the deck. There were five different puncture holes straight through and on into our attic. A temporary repair was made the next day. However, a long-term solution was required. I called our previous roofing contractor and was told he had shut down the operation until Spring, 2024. My wife researched and came up with a short list of the highest rated, well reviewed local roofing companies. MGS Construction was at the top of her list so I started there. Another call would not be necessary. Al visited us the day I made the call and by the end of his visit we signed his proposal/estimate.
