The inside rails were a bit complicated and Gerard was able to come up with a design that fit my budget and the house aesthetic. That describes my total experience with Jay Moody Plumbing and Heating, specifically with Steve Montuori and his crew Adam, Mike and Nick. It started with my initial meeting with Steve in my home. After having 3 other companies come to survey my home for installation of ductless heating and air conditioning units it was clear to me that Steve had the most effective and efficient design proposal. I am a detailed technical person and I had many questions for Steve over several weeks after his initial visit. He followed through on his promise to come to my home on the day of installation to help me submit all available rebates. I honestly could not believe it, we had everything (yes, everything) done within about 10 minutes (mostly because Steve has done about a million of these rebate submissions, so he could probably do them in his sleep).
