"When Zach came out to assess the work needed to convert the wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace, he also mentioned his company offered a variety of other services and he would be glad to assist if we chose to retain him to do so. Since the home was a recent purchase and had been vacant over a year, it was in need of a lot of work. <br /> Zach removed the old fireplace, ran a new gas line, installed the new fireplace and repaired/replaced some siding on the outside of the fireplace box. In addition, he installed some glass tile around the opening of the fireplace to complete the project. We were so pleased with his work, we requested a bid to convert an area containing a dry bar overlooking the living room from the breakfast room into a closet. Since this area was next to an existing pantry, Zach made every effort to match the new closet so they looked uniformed. We are quite pleased with the finished closet as it will be a better use of space and it looks like it's been there all along. It will also provide us with additional wall space as the backside of the new closet is located in the living room. We've now moved into the masterbath and Zach is working on a bid to place tile on the floor as well as replace the existing tub and shower. <br /> We are delighted with the work Zach has performed in our home. He has been very professional and a pleasure to work with! We would definitely recommend him to others and suspect he'll be working on other projects in our home as time goes on."

Did two bathrooms and sink in third. <br /> UPDATE: noticed two areas on floor by bathtub were not caulked or not well enough for me to see. Bathroom sink has water coming around sink in several areas. More than before the caulking. Two areas around one tub has caulk already not intact. I did wait the 24 hours before using as instructed. The caulking was not as neat as what he replaced."

"I was very satisfied with the job overall and plan to use this contractor for any needed future jobs.  James showed up exactly on time for the estimate and then on time again when it was time to bring the crew for days on the job.  The crew are employees not day labor and obviously had worked together awhile.  James made sure everything was ordered and specified as I wanted--shingle type and color, etc.-- and advised on any repairs indicated that didn't show up on initial inspection (this was repair/replace after weather damage).  The crew repaired a couple of minor items without additional charge from original quote.  James makes a point to use highest quality components and does not cut corners; obvious pride of workmanship; he backs the job a full five years for anything even if not related to workmanship so that speaks to the confidence he has in his work.   I'd have to think really hard to nitpick anything; there were a few roofing nails about the place and in the drive after they pulled off the job but that's to be expected...maybe running a magnet over the area would be helpful?  <br /> This was a replacement roof after weather damage and James worked with me and was flexible depending on how the insurance company was going to treat me on this job/whether I was going to file a claim or not.  I will need new siding soon and I will be calling this company to bid on that job too. <br />"

They did a professional job and very consciousness of their work. A man that was there working that day, called me and admitted he kicked a pipe in the crawl space and i replacing it for me today. I am so pleased with this company. They responded to our needs. Reasonably priced."
