Third, for the day before planning, the dispatch guy was incredible, on the ball, had me written down, was double checking everything, went through the details, made recommendations, Fourth_ day of, moving target of exact delivery time, dispatch again was perfect, had a sliding window and met the on-site time at the beginning of the window.
