"?You get what you pay for?.   <br /> Professional, courteous, experienced plumbers (2/3), excellent <br /> workmanship, materials that meet national and local code and standards.  This was a major repair of an interior sewer <br /> pipe which also required partial removal of bath ceiling downstairs.  The area was cleaned as they went & kept <br /> orderly for the carpenter to follow, as they don?t do that. As the daughter, <br /> sister, niece, cousin, ex-wife, of qualified licensed (& unlicensed) plumbing <br /> contractors (who chastised me for not getting a professional initially). My <br /> homegrown retired & out-of-state plumbers were not readily available but then <br /> advised me even to cost.   Previously, I?d <br /> had local handy types do ?small? jobs misdiagnosed and spottily repairing which <br /> lead to major repair; if analyzed & properly done at onset my cost would <br /> have far less and one time.  I have it on <br /> authority and personal experience Waters Plumbing is one you can trust. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"we had a leak outside coming from the water main after we found out the tree roots were to blame WCC Plumbing was contacted they were here pretty quick.  They looked over the damage and went to work instantly.  They were quick, informative, very courteous.  not only did they fix the pipes they cut back a lot of the tree roots so it doesn't happen again.  they had our water fixed and working in a short period of time for a job that should have taken a lot longer."

"I had a complete stoppage of three drains in the house. It was a Saturday and I called three companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service and got an answering service after extended wait times. Each time I was told that someone would call me back. Now 24 hours later i have not received any call backs. I called Quik-Rooter and live, courteous knowledgeable lady answered immediately. I described my problem and she said she would send someone out. 15 minutes later I received a call from Edgar telling me that he was on a call and had two more ahead of me and would be here around 1:00 PM. At 1:20 PM he arrived, very neatly dressed with a clean, well organized vehicle and equipment. He had my stopped up drains cleared in about 15 minutes then proceeded to rout out the remaining drains that he determined to be partially blocked at no additional charge. All the while he was giving me tips on how perform preventive maintenance on my entire system right down to the septic tank. He said that performing this routine maintenance would prevent me from ever having anymore problems. I am amazed that this company has technicians at work 24/7, not just "on call" and they are incredibly neat, courteous and professional in every respect."

"The job went well. We thought it would take a day but realized it takes a bit longer. The technician, Julio, was always professional, courteous,, and puntual. He explained how he would fix the problem and where he would have to reroute the pipe line thru the bottom portion of the house. He found the leak by the washer. He proceeded to make holes in the garage ceiling to reroute the pipe thru the house having to cut holes in the downstairs bath room, bedroom, and family room. The main water valve for the house was shut down for a day but Julio left us with cold water after the first day of work. On the second day he was able to complete the rerouting using up-to-date materials to secure the water line. Mind you, he spent the whole two days working. He also found a gas leak but recommended we may have to find another company to work on this problem. I appreciated his honesty.Turns out there were a few leaks."
